Decipher changes for BP 7 upgrade

Hi
I am trying to upgrade BP version from 6.1 to7 ,
As of now i am using Decipher 1.2 , what are the precautions to take while upgrading BP7.
As per my knowledge , need to reinstall Decipher Licensing Service to link new BP 7 DB and credentials
Is there any other alternative with out reinstalling Decipher Licensing Service , I mean can change BP7 DB credentials in any config file ?
However I have to apply the new decipher license in BP7 DB

Hi Krishna,

You'll need to latest version of the Decipher Licensing Service to support the licensing server in v7. I believe it's backwards compatible with Decipher 1.2, though I would recommend testing on separate environment first.

It's an important change because the service has to retrieve the license information differently to version without the licensing server.
