Hi Sailesh Swain.

Based on the screenshot provided there is no Attach page or action used. Probably before trying to close the notepad.

Check whether it is connected , if it is not connnected attach the notepad and then close the notepad after that

How to connect the notepad and close .Could you please provide some screenshot or steps. So that I can try that in my Blue prism application to resolve this issue.

Hi Sailesh Swain,

Below is a screenshot from the Blue Prism documentation regarding the Attach action

It is a good practice to check before using the Attach action that Blue Prism is not already connected to the application, if the connection will exist, using the Attach action in such a situation will trigger the Already Connected error. You can check it using the Read -> Is Connected action.

The whole action might look like this. (Remember that at the Navigation stage, where you use Attach, you must provide parameters that will identify the Blue Prism application to which it should connect)
