Decipher Not identifying Checkboxes Status in Table

Hi All,

Decipher not identifying checkboxes status in table like whether they selected or not. While training the document it's identifying correctly. But when i am uploading same document again it's not identifying.

Please refer check boxes format in below screenshot.

Hi Babaiah,

As per the Decipher v2.2 university learning, I can see that Checkable flag is not supported for tables.

@Ben.Lyons1 Can you please confirm this?

I am aware about Checkable, is not working in table in v2.2. Still looking for an alternative way.

Hi Babaiah,

Checkmarks are not fully support for tables, they will need manual selection for each document.

I've had consistent results setting the field type as Text and not having the Checkable flag, have you tried this?

Hi Ben,

Are you suggesting HIL for each doc ? but we are not sure HIL will accept by business people or not.

I have not yet tried setting field type as Text instead of Checkable flag.

Hi Babaiah,

You would need manual verification for each document if you set the field type as checkbox in a table. This is similar to multiple tables, you can add them, but only a single table is supported for automatic extraction.

For a live process we recommend the verification is done by the business area currently doing the manual process, as they're the experts. Similar to handling exceptions in a standard BP process.

You should be ok setting it as a text field though, my testing has been pretty consistent.
