Resource pool and wrong state of its memebrs

Hi,

I have 3 resources (workstations). Two of them I added to a resource pool.
How can I check status of the resources? While the pool's state is Connected, the resources have status Connecting (even when connected).
Is this by design, something wrong in my environment or well known issue with low priority for to be fixed?

Regards,
Tomek A.

It is not the only problem

It is not the only problem regarding resource pools. Control room needs additional logic or documentation how to schedule processes which has to log in into resources and use active queues efficiently without doing any manual work like assigning how many of the pool resources should be used for specific process (a general settings would be awesome which lets specifying what credentials to use and maximum amount of free vdis should be used whenever cases are loaded into work queue). At this point there is no logic to schedule logins and do tasks for processes which potentially can use Active queues + Resource pools unless using some sort of webservices which could invoke certain actions.

@MPAD: AFAIK active queues do

@MPAD: AFAIK active queues do not work very well so many people (including BP) recommend to avoid them.
I also have issues with the way how to use Login Agent. It seems it should be just scheduled as independend task. I could not find any way to put this together with a process, that it could log in when needed.
@BluePrism: anyone will comment on what are we doing wrong with the resource pools that we cannot see statuses?

I created a Testpool9 having 5 HVD’s. It’s giving an error when we assign 2nd process on that pool. Also, It's always trying to assign the process to only one HVD.
Error Message - “testpool9 is too busy to run that process”.
What could be the reason and solution
