Login Agent Unlock is not working in windows server 2019

Login agent unlock is not working in windows server 2019. It is getting stuck at authentication stage. Below are the logs from login agent

Hi

This might be a silly question but have you set up machine credentials for logging into the machine? The credential should be set up with a name for the machine for example: Windows Login: YourComputerName

I only tried once to use Blue Prism on terminal service enabled VM and didn't succeed in my quick test. Unfortunately I cannot recall the exact errors since it was no real evaluation.
I assume Windows Server 2019 allows several user sessions at the same time. My wild guess is, Blue Prism does not support concurrent Windows user session on one host, since it does not provide any means to manage them. It is only possible to send processes to a host, not to host + session.
I would be really interested to know if someone runs BP in parallel Windows sessions (or even single session only) on Windows terminal server.
