Can you try the following :- 1. Use Action Stage with Object as - ""Utility - Environment"" and Action - ""Start Process"" 2. Configure the Inputs to this Action; Application - ""C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe"" and Arguments - ""start-process cmd -verb runas"" This should help you launch cmd as Administrator, without worrying about the shortcut file path. However, there could be other alternative approaches as well to achieve the same. Maybe, others on portal can guide.
