Fixed Date Check under Sales Order in SAP

Hi Experts,

My requirement is that every time BOT will enter in to the Sales order and will check if there is any "FIXED DATE FLAG" has tick or not .
If it is "TICK" BOT will uncheck , save the order and exit and move to next Sales Order.
If the "Fixed Date Flag" in untick BOT will exit from the order after save the order.

Will it be possible. If yes , please guide me how to do it.

I can create SAP script up to "SCHEDULE LINE" but checking the "TICK BOX" and "uncheck the Box" , I need help.

Using Region Mode, the simple ways use an image where the "TICK BOX" is not checked to validate what you need.
