We could able to identify the text box only in Accessibility mode as we couldn€™t identify through them in HTML mode. But while highlighting the same text box we have encountered the below errors as in the screenshots. Please let us know if any more information is required to answer my query. Make sure you have the correct bit version (32/64) installed for your operating system Experiment with the different internal/external/32/64bit Application Modeller modes until you have selected the correct one for your application and the crashes stop.
