    <description>We are getting error while sending email through outlook . Intermediately outlook got crashed while sending email and its hang out robots stop generating logs in BP.&amp;nbsp;

&amp;nbsp;

We are unable to monitor the bot whether it is running or not but in control room its showing Running status.&amp;nbsp;

&amp;nbsp;

Please refer the attached snapshot and do the needful asap.&amp;nbsp;</description>

      <description>Have you gone through the articles in the knowledgebase to help with email/mapiex?&amp;nbsp; The most common solutions are using 32bit Outlook instead of 64bit and changing the Outlook cache setting - but there is other help there.</description>
