In the Queue Management area, have a field that give you the estimated time that will take that process to complete across multiple VDI's and also a single VDI instead of calculating it manually. 2. One last suggestion is to add a search area for Business Objects, beneath the Business Object and Action drop down boxes in the Action Proprieties windows.
