Does anyone know of a good effort document template? I am thinking of something where you would list out all the points of a build and based on the system, element types, and complexity of the process it would assist in calculating how long it would take to complete the build. James - I'd be very interested to know if you were able to find a tool which allowed you to calculate effort? I have been looking for something similar for a small amount of time now, and am reluctant to build something from scratch, specifically as I imagine it'd have to be based on guess work initially and change over time.
