non latin characters are stored in an excel file but when I import the file into a collection the non latin characters turn into ??? eg 国际金融公司 is becoming a ???

but when I copy past the text in the collection the data is stored in the collection. Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

I suspect the Excel VBO is not able to store the DBCS (double byte character set) data correctly. Can you send an email to the Support team with the details of what you are trying to do, Excel VBO action you are using and maybe an example of the file you are trying to read?
