      <description>HI All,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am running the bot from scheduler in lower env,suddenly bot got terminated and went to connection lost.&lt;BR /&gt;I checked the session logs, and it showing the error : "Could not execute the code stage because exception thrown by code stage:operation failed".&lt;BR /&gt;Can anyone help me ,why this errror generated ,what is the root cause of this error and how to fix it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;Vijay Kumar&lt;BR /&gt;RPA DEVELOPER&lt;BR /&gt;UTC&lt;BR /&gt;------------------------------</description>
