Hi Rafael.

Are there any values in the app modeler that should be wild-carded? You mention that when the site is reset, BP is able to find the elements. Possibly something has a specific value that is no longer valid and the modeler cannot find it.

jack

------------------------------
Jack Look
Sr Product Consultant
Blue Prism
------------------------------

We are automating a web application that runs in Adobe Flash Player (version 32,0,0,330). Internet Explorer is used to automate the application. We are able to identify the elements with the Accesibility mode and UI Automation mode and it usually works fine. But the problem that we have encountered multiples times is that randomly the identified elements cannot be identified by Blue Prism anymore. The attach method works fine, and these elements can be again re-identified by the application modeler. Although, they don't work anymore (The highlight method doesn't work).

We have tried to change the child index and the windows title on the attach without success. The only solution we have find is to reset the webpage. This makes the previous selectors works again, however, this results in the loss of the previous work done in the webpage.

We would really apreciate any sugestions or recomendations.

Thanks.

------------------------------
Rafael Rodríguez
Analist and Programmer
Minsait
Europe/Madrid
------------------------------
