Image embedded on email body

Hi Guys,

I have a requirement where email consists of image in its body. I have stored image in a location and used <img src> tag and I'm good to send emails accross inside our organisation. But whereas when I tried to send it across outside organisation the image doesn't appear in its email body, it appears like a cross Mark. Is there any method you could suggest , how to send image without fail even outside organisation.

Hello @HarithaChekuri97 - i just tried the Forwarding action of MS outlook VBO where there is a image in trailing mail and it went fine outside org as well.

Is this is what you are doing? like forwarding or Reply to all? and are you using the latest VBO available on DX for this?

Hi @Neeraj

The requirement is bot will find customers email and send standard email template that has image in it to the customer. So we are not forwarding replying. Its just a send email part for every email which not reads as a process

@HarithaChekuri97 I'm also facing issue to embed image in the Email body. I tried adding the image as attachment to the Outlook VBO and using the <img src=""cid:image.jpg""> in the email body. it adds images as attachments and embeds it in the email body. Did you get any workaround in solving your issue, please advice?
