This option was chosen during the installation.

The data base is created.

Hi Arkadiusz,

A couple of places to start:

How many batches/documents have been fully processed? (fully processed = exported to Blue Prism)
Are the other reports populated?
What connection string is in your web.config file? (see image below)
Does the service account/network account have access to the Decipher databases? Database access config

Yes. ex. User productivity > veryfication

What connection string is in your web.config file? (see image below)

Does the service account/network account have access to the Decipher databases? Database access config

Service account: GROUPAD1\SVC-RPA-Test

I cannot add db_reader and db_writer to SVC account, error msg appears

Hi,

The connection string refers to a user called "general", but I can't see that it is the user/user groups you're referring to when showing me the database access.

If the general user is not in that AD group, that may be the issue.

There's also what user is running the IIS process?

This user will also need access, Configure Decipher IDP (blueprism.com)

Hi,

I changed DB owner to 'sa'.

Now I can assign db_reader and db_writer to Decipher ServerDb without any issues:

Hi Ben,

do you have any suggestion to solve that?

I can run the simply query from SVC account via SQL Studio.

It seems that the database is empty.

Do you know what needs to be checked?

To open and connect to DB via SSMS - I use AD account SVC-Rpa-Test. As you can see I can connect and run the query.

To open the webpage of Decipher - I use account created in decipher (Admin tools -> users).

for a test purpose I enter some data in table dbo.RepDataCaptureAccuracy via SSMS and I see these test data in Decipher application:
