&lt;P&gt;A couple of places to start:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;How many batches/documents have been fully processed? (fully processed = exported to Blue Prism)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Are the other reports populated?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;What connection string is in your web.config file? (see image below)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Does the service account/network account have access to the Decipher databases? &lt;A href="https://bpdocs.blueprism.com/decipher-2-2/en-us/getting-started/decipher-configuration.htm?tocpath=Installation%7CStandalone%20deployment%7C_____5#Give"&gt;Database access config&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The connection string refers to a user called "general", but I can't see that it is the user/user groups you're referring to when showing me the database access.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the general user is not in that AD group, that may be the issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There's also what user is running the IIS process?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;DIV&gt;To open the webpage of Decipher - I use account created in decipher (Admin tools -&amp;gt; users).&lt;/DIV&gt;

&lt;DIV&gt;for a test purpose I enter some data in table dbo.RepDataCaptureAccuracy via SSMS and I see these test data in Decipher application:&lt;/DIV&gt;
