    <description>Hi George.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There are a couple of places you can check to see if there are any log files that may provide further details.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;C:\WIndows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Blue Prism is one. The Decipher Server Service will be in the DecipherWebServer folder.       <description>Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;based on my experience very often this message is misleading and you should first test that your Licensing Service (even though it shows running) is generating a log file without errors. This was the root cause of decipher service not starting due to licensing service generating errors in error log but the message was misleading. Can you show what error message you get in event log for Decipher service? If you get that Service cannot be started. Handle is invalid.       <description>There are certainly ways to trace the cause of most issues and there may be ways to resolve the issue without starting all over again. This is highly dependant on the underlying issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The issue of the Decipher Server service not starting, has a few potential causes. But the most common one I've had myself, is where I forget to update the Blue Prism database name when installing the license service. I haven't seen a way to change this in the configuration, but you should be able to uninstall/reinstall just the licensing service with the correct database name.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Checking the Applications log in Event Viewer can help better understand what's causing the service to fail.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;Ben Lyons&lt;BR /&gt;Product Consultant - Decipher Specialist&lt;BR /&gt;Blue Prism&lt;BR /&gt;UK&lt;BR /&gt;------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
