If you have got a API to integrate with Twitter then you can use the Blue Prism's internal API feature to consumer the same. You can have a look at the following KB article.

What is the Web APIs feature?

Thank you for your answer, I actually don't have an API to integrate with Twitter, but I need to integrate Twitter API with Blueprism.
