    <description>Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sorry to ask basic questions :&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;- Login agent need to be configured to use a specific connection name. Is it done?&lt;BR /&gt;- This connection used by login agent must be configured in automate.config.       <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am experiencing an issue where the runtime resource is showing as connected and when I run login it is getting terminated.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Attaching the error screenshot I am getting from the resource pc (screenshot took via the help of IT Team) .       <description>Hello Prem&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I can see that the error is related to the Blue Prism Server. Could you please confirm if you are trying to install the Login Agent on the same machine as the Application Server? If yes then it is not a good practise.       <description>Hello Karan,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We are not trying to install Login Agent on the same machine. The App server is already configured and it was running fine earlier. But suddenly, the processes stopped working. When we tried checking if the Blue Prism service running fine or not on the runtime resource, we got the below error.       <description>Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have a runtime resource&amp;nbsp; &lt;STRONG&gt;ABC123456&lt;/STRONG&gt; . which uses &lt;STRONG&gt;DEF123456&lt;/STRONG&gt; as the blue prism app server .&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We are trying to run automations on runtime resource through&amp;nbsp; the blue prism control room installed in my office&amp;nbsp; computer &lt;STRONG&gt;(XYZ123456)&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In the control room I can see run time resource -( &lt;STRONG&gt;ABC123456&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;) &lt;/STRONG&gt;as connected however , if I run login process it is getting terminated.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;saying &lt;STRONG&gt;"ERROR : Invalid Login State : "Machine should be logged out to accept a login request"&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We inspected the runtime resource (&lt;STRONG&gt;ABC123456&lt;/STRONG&gt;) and tried restarted the blue prism services in that and got the error screen attached earlier.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;Prem Babu Geetha&lt;BR /&gt;------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi Prem,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Login process works on the runtimes which are in logged off state only. if your runtime shows connected in controlroom with idele state then you dont have to run the login process again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;suggestion: use Is logged In action in login agent object to find whether the machine is already logged in or not and based on the output&amp;nbsp; make the decision to run the login action.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ensure you have a resourcepc startup script kept in the startup folder. so that once the login is successful the public resource pcinstance&amp;nbsp; is running on the remote machine.&amp;nbsp; and there are some prerequisites to be done as part of login agent configuration like disabling SAS, disabling screen saver,deleting any Login messages (eg:enterprise desclaimers)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;Jerin Jose&lt;BR /&gt;RPA Product SME&lt;BR /&gt;EY&lt;BR /&gt;Asia/Kolkata&lt;BR /&gt;*"If you find  this post helpful mark it as best answer, .*&lt;BR /&gt;------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
