Hi all,

On several occasions, I have received this error:

"Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue.

A generic error occurred in GDI+."

It usually comes accompanied with a Large Red X across where all of the Element Attributes would be.

Does anyone know of why this occurs or what can be a potential work around? It happens for AA and HTML spy modes.

This sounds like one to raise with the Product support team rather than on the forum.

We faced the same issue while spying one of the html dropdown. This dropdown had more than 100 values.
Workaround: We spied adjacent dropdown and changed following two properties: ID and Path as per actual element.
This seems like a defect in BP while spying, If value field has lots of values then it breaks the Spying.
