I'm using the BluePrism Mapiex object to send and get mails, but I'm having the following issue:

ERROR: System Exception : Error while sending e-mail:Failure in Send Mail function of Blue Prism Extended MAPI Automation. Failed to access message store

I've already tried to open Outlook Client before, open as safe mode and sometimes works, sometimes don't.

Scenario:

	Outlook 2016
	Windows 10 Enterprise
	Blue Prism 5.0.30.0
	Mapiex 1.1.15
	Exchange E-mail accounts

Also encountered the same issue.
I read from a post in linkedin, logging out and logging in to Outlook may resolved the issue but unfortunately it did not work for me.
Apparently, the profile I was using was not active. Got it resolved by checking the outlook profiles and indicating a correct (active) profile in BP.
To check available profiles:
Go to Control Panel> Type ""Mail"" in Search box > Mai (32-bit) > Show Profiles
Hope this helps.
