Resource Screen Captures not working as expected.

Hi All,

After enabling the option System > Settings, enable 'Allow Latest Run-time Resource screen capture' . We are not able to capture screenshots.We see error message "Unexpected error The handle is invalid" while we get to exception stage.

Anything we are missing. Attached are two screenshots where I don't see the options we should see under permissions > Control Room.

'View resource screen captures' permission has been moved under Resources.

Are you getting the error when you run the process from Control Room or when you click on 'Show latest screen capture'?

Yes version 6.3 on wards it's moved to resources. The option is selected even with that it is not working. It seems this a known issue with Product. I have a separate ticket with Blue Prism on this.
