    <description>Hello everyone,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I noticed that the Decipher Server Service Stopped automatically and randomly after doing some operations in Decipher.&lt;BR /&gt;and every time I have to run it again, this happen randomly when I use Decipher client or run the process from Blue prism studio.&lt;BR /&gt;Any ideas please.&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;Louie Aschi&lt;BR /&gt;------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>We had this issue earlier as well, and the workaround that worked for us was to configure an automatic restarting of the server service in case of failure.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The interesting thing is that the issue went away by itself after some time when the automatic restarting was configured. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;At one point we had to reinstall all of the Decipher components on the server, and the problem came back --&amp;gt; The automatic server service restarting fixed the issue again after a while.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;Ismo Lehtiniemi&lt;BR /&gt;RPA Architect &amp;amp; Solution Expert&lt;BR /&gt;Amcor&lt;BR /&gt;Europe/Warsaw&lt;BR /&gt;------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>I guess this issue seems to be pretty inherent with the current Decipher version because almost every person who is installing Decipher is facing this issue at some level. Be it in the beginning or later stages.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.blueprism.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/15488"&gt;@Ben.Lyons1&lt;/a&gt; Do we know if this issue is logged with Decipher team at blue prism so maybe they can have look at this to assist everyone better and have this resolve in the upcoming release.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I too submitted tickets in past but did not get any solid resolution to this issue.       <description>Hi Tejaskumar,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am in effectively part of the Decipher product team, though not as a developer.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It is vital that such occurrences are logged with customer support as they consolidate all reported issues across our product range. These are logged in a central repository and used by the respective development teams to identify potential improvements.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As you can imagine, if a similar issue is logged multiple times, it will go up in the team priorities.
