topic Logging Level in Product Forum

Hello at all,

we discovered a problem, using the "Logging Level..."-option in our branch. For us, the function to overwrite the logging level via "Ressources - Management" is not working. We tried to set the different types of logging level to different machines, but for none of them it was working. The process logging remains the same. We tried to use the "Key Stages" and "All Stages" options on difffernet processes with preset options (Enabled, disabled, errors only). Is there some kind of permission or setting, that could be missing?

Thanks in advance.

How long did you wait after changing the option? It takes a few minutes to update. Even if you don't start the session until after you've updating the setting, it still won't take effect immediately. You'll see that the logging level changes suddenly across all the sessions (new or existing) suddenly a few minutes after changing the logging level for a resource.
