Undesired merge documents

We have four documents(A,B,C,D) as an input and once they are uploaded to Decipher, the tool is only considering three documents(A,B-C,D) merging two of the Documents in the batch.
Have you encountered this situation?
And if you had, what was the solution or the option to go with?

Hi Rogelio,

I guessed you are talking about observations at Class Verification stage....let us know if this is not right.

Can you confirm if you have done classification training of the four types of documents (at least 50 documents per type when you chose to use min of 50 per type) using the Decipher VBO action before creating the batch ?

What document types are involved ? PDF ?

Hi Henry,

Yes it's only pdf's files.

That´s right, the merge happened since the Class Verification stage but we realized about it until the Data Verification stage.

We still haven't done classification training with at least 50 documents of every type. We could try it.

You can just turn off class verification and check how it is segregating in Data Verification. If it doesn't that means class verification is splitting at some point.
