[Decipher]: stuck bach status "waitting of imagen to procces"

Hi!
I am new to decipher, I was following the documentation step by step:

But when I do "Push documents into Decipher IDP for processing", I run the queue and go to Admin Panel -> batches and the status is always the same:

Waiting for Image Processing...

that process was launched on Friday, and it's still stuck in there.

I have read several threads here that propose solutions for this error, but I have not been able to solve them.
- GeneralUser (checked, it's as the threads say)
- restart your "Decipher Automated Client Manager" (Done)

Can someone help me?

Hello Marta,

I'm not aware of any easy fix for this but I would suggest a reinstall if possible.

Also check this thread about same error.

@Ben.Lyons1 any quick fix for this error that you aware of?

Hi Marta,

Have you set any of the Batch Types as allocated for any users/user groups? These need to include the Decipher clients, which is by default generaluser.
