Hello all,

I need help...

i have installed already 2 servers (production) without any problem and now on installing my 3rd server (DEV) i have an error on ""the caller was not authenticated by the service"" when start APPServer_Local_connection.

The different on production to DEV is on certificates, once on production server, certificate is like <servername>.domain.com and on DEV server is *.domain.com (without server name)

this could be the problem?

@NunoSilva Was this issue resolved? I am getting the same error. I am not using any certificates for authentication. I am trying to setup Blue Prism Server service on the same Dev/Test machine for testing/learning purposes.

Hello Aranta,

You will need certificates for application, however on MMC (Management Console) you can copy BluePrism Certificate for the "Trust Root Certification Authorities" separate and it will work.

Do that after install exe file and before open the application to configure.
