      <title>Utilization of robots - report showing utilization more than 24 hours for a day</title>
      <link>https://community.blueprism.com/t5/Product-Forum/Utilization-of-robots-report-showing-utilization-more-than-24/m-p/74922#M27527</link>
      <description>Hi Team ,

To make blueprism reporting more accurate would like to share below example issue for €œutilization of robots€&amp;#157; report showing utilization more than 24 hours for a day :

For each case , BluePrism stores worktime of robots at its record in database when case is loaded /created and there is no way to find out date time of certain case when it is actually started and finished .

In case few transactions from actual loaded /created date may get deferred or started on next day / it can be any further day then also bluprism captures/stores the worktime against that case on that actual loaded /created date row . Any item/case can be spanned to run over one or more days .

Currently , It seems that BluePrism doesn€™t keeps the actual start date and finished time of that case . So sometimes we can see utilization of particular robot more that 24 hours as it has to processes loaded cases for that day plus deferred ones . which looks wrong in reporting / dashboard bars and can be questioned on how can robot work more that 24hours in a single day ?

Is there any way or query which can identify the ACTUAL start and FINISH datetime for each case which we can use for calculating proper daily utilization .

Thanks in advance if someone know or find some better idea around getting ACTUAL start and FINISHdatetime for each case from blueprism .

&amp;nbsp;

Thanks ,
