Strange freezing issue

We are upgrading our ERP software (Unit4 Business World) to version M7 and now a strange issue has appeared.

When trying to interact with some elemets the processes stops until the mouse cursor is moved in the applikation window. The process stops without error message and nothing is happening. If the mouse cursor is moved the proces continues until next time it stops. As if BluePrism looses connection to Business World and reconnects when the mouse is moved.

We have tried using different spy modes and have an ongoing dialog with Unit4, but they dont know of any difference that could cause this.

Does anyone have any idea how to solve tis or work aound it?

Hi Ola - please raise a ticket with our Support team to see if they have any advice to give. If you haven't already done so, check if you get the same effect when running from control room.

Hi Ola,

I am curious to know about the solution for above query. We are also using BWon in automation with Blue Prism. Can you please share with me?

What type of application you're using for automation? Windows or Web ?? We are using windows based and Blue Prism takes huge time in identifying the spied elements, then we had to use surface automation which doesn't work effectively. Do you have any Idea on can we use scripting In BWon-Blue Prism automation like how we can do in SAP?.
