    <description>Hi ,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;I installed BP Learning edition&amp;nbsp; and activated the license last week . Today i did reinstalled BP and local db.&lt;BR /&gt; After that i am trying to activate license&amp;nbsp; but am getting these errors&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1 .&lt;EM&gt;&lt;SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt; Error : &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Error code 0x802: I'm afraid it is not possible to process this licence activation request. Please contact Customer Services citing the error code for support in completing your activation either by&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://portal.blueprism.com/customer-support/how-get-help-customer-support" target="_blank" rel="noopener" style="background-color: #ffffff;"&gt;RAISING A SUPPORT TICKET&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;or by emailing&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="mailto:support@blueprism.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener" style="background-color: #ffffff;"&gt;SUPPORT@BLUEPRISM.COM&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;directly&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; When am trying to login to portal ,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The username&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM class="placeholder"&gt;HariRam&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;has not been activated or is blocked.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;3. Dropped an email but&amp;nbsp; my id is not registered with BP , i dont have access to raise ticket in the customer portal .&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please help me&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks !&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;HariRam Kannan&lt;BR /&gt;------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
