Our BP Resources are installed on VDIs that has Outlook 2013, McAfee Agent 5.0.5.658, MOVE AV Multi-Platform 3.6.1.336. Outlook is not able to detect AV status as per: Outlook --> Tools --> Trustcentre --> Programmatic Access ---> Antivirus Status:Invalid. This is causing a pop-up sometimes when bot is trying to send an email. We have opened a case with McAfee but still no luck. Do you have experience dealing with similar issue elsewhere?

Hello,
What you seem to be saying is that your virus checker has a setting/check to stop certain programs from being accessed programmatically - which is what all RPA products do when they use an API. If you want to automate Outlook using an API (such as our Mapiex VBO) it sounds like your only options are to disable these programmatic access checks on Outlook if that is possible. If that is not possible then your option is to interface with email in a different way (such as our SMTP/POP interface).
