Unable to spy elements using Java Spy Mode in Blue Prism

Hi Team,

I have followed the exact procedure as outlined in the various guides on automating Java applications using Blue Prism. I am using JRE 1.8.0_231. It comes pre-installed with Java accessibility bridge (JAB) so , I have not done the installation explicitly.

When in the application modeler, I am able to get the Java spy mode to enable , it perfectly highlights elements when trying to capture but upon clicking the <ctrl> + Left mouse button, I receive the error "There was an error during the spying operation." I have tried changing the Application Manager mode to External 32/64 bit but still the issue persists.

Please help on this issue.
