Resource is offline

Hi Team,

I am using Login Agent to logout initially in VM and then login to same VM in resource pool Machines. But by end of day the particular VM in resource pool is going to offline automatically.
Don't know exactly what is the reason for this. Can anyone help me.

Have you made sure that the Login Agent version installed is the same as the Blue Prism version installed on the specific Machine? Also, as you have mentioned that the resource automatically goes to offline, so have you checked the Blue Prism Windows event logs from the resource machine to see why it is going offline?

Hi, Even I am also facing the same issue. I just upgraded it to v6.7.1 and everything is setup correctly, but in test server (Blue Prism) its showing offline whenever I just restart the machine or logged out, everytime I have to login manually. Could you pls help me to fix this issue.

Login agent- Upgraded
Listner/schedulee- pasted in startup menu
