Scheduler Issue in UAT

Getting an error as below when tried to deploy:

Getting an error as: "Task: New - BMS_URL-Validation threw an exception: Resource BPXX0TIGEN0XXX is offline - retried 10 times".

Also, I noticed below error every 2 min in the Event Viewer >Services Log > Blue Prism.

[2020-05-14 11:18:03Z] Listener failed : Unable to start listener - is this machine already running as a Resource PC? : Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted

Is the runtime resource being started by the command line, or by launching the graphical Blue Prism GUI?

The error message is saying that the port that wants to be used by the Runtime Resource (by default 8181) is already taken. You can check whether something that port is already in use using the netstat command

Also you can verify whether there are any firewall issues that are preventing you from communicating to the port that you've chosen, if not 8181
