I am new to Blueprism and started learning the blueprism. I am looking to use the RPA in workday HCM and Payroll. Can someone guide where is the good start to understand how the Blueprism will connect with Cloud applications?

Short answer: In the same way your users do it.
Long answer: You might want to explore APIs, but it is hard to tell without any details.

Once you are comfortable with the basics of developing in Blue Prism, take a look at the Web Services user guide:

For integrating Blue Prism with cloud services, especially some of the bigger names, it is good to check the Blue Prism Digital Exchange to see if there are any pre-built assets available to use: https://digitalexchange.blueprism.com/
