    <description>Not sure what jcss API is, but blue prism does allow you to use third party web services, soap and rest and has functionality to write custom web services wrappers in c#.net or VB.net. 
You can also create vbos to interract with API libraries or import a custom DLL and extend upon that. So a lot of options.</description>
