They are getting an error pop-up stating that "Unauthorized - user does not have permission." More specifically, it seems that the issue can be solved by assigning to&nbsp; a specific user the "System Administrator" role. Did you check with your administrator what kind of roles are granted to the individuals that are having this popup message? It seems like a role based access issue where you are not authorized to open the 'Edit_Loans_CO' process.
