Coardinates getting changed for Surface automation from Dev to UAT environment

Hi,

I am working on V6. My requirement was to get the color of text from IBM PCOMM screen. For that I used List region method of Surface automation and the after getting the image, I used Image manipulation VBO get color of image option. It was working fine in development environment. But when I moved the code to UAT environment, I noticed the coordinates of Region are getting changed, hence I am unable to get the proper image to get the color from.

The coordinates are being changed resulting in different regions.(In both the env Dev and UAT screen resolution of IBM Pcomm are same and window are maximized)

Please help me how can I resolve the issue ?

Or if in any case I can get the color of text from mainframe screen

Making sure all environments are visually the same is critical to SA. Make sure the screen resolution is the same on all machines. Also make sure the window size of the emulator is standard - if necessary create another object to spy the window as Win32 and use the resize action to set the dimensions.
