Unable to run schedular for Multi Bot Architecture

I am having an issue with scheduling a process that should run on two virtual machines (Multi-Bot Architecture). I have configured one VM as server and the other as RTR, The RTR VM shows 'IDLE' and is not connected in the control room of the other VM (Server VM), whenever we schedule a process the logs show the error 'XXX resource is offline. Retried 10 times..'
Because of this issue, we are not able to trigger the process via schedular or drag and drop from the control room.
We have a license with one concurrent session run at a time. Can we run Multi Bot Architecture? Can you please provide the prerequisites for Multi Bot Architecture?

Hi Aravind,

answering the below questions will help us understand the issue better.

1.what is the version of blueprism you are using?.
2. is both the server and RR on the same network and domain?
3.do you have a public runtime instance running on the runtime resources?
4. are you getting a connection from server to RR on port 8181 when doing a Telnet?
5. is your license limited by number of runtimes that can connect in addition to concurrent sessions?

Thanks for your reply,
my Issue has been solved by Benny Poumoko-Bafouatika (Software Support Analyst ).
when we tried with ports 8181 and 8199 in the firewall, my Issue has been solved.
