Hi Monish,

When you say "local server" do you mean you have installed both Blue Prism 6.9 and SQL Server 2014 Express SP2 on the same machine? If this is the case can you connect to the SQL Server using SQL Server Management studio using the same credentials?

Regards

Hi Monish,

Could you test the connection to the Blue Prism database please? I have uploaded an image "TestDBConnection.jpg". If you create a file on the desktop of the machine you are running the Blue Prism client from called TestDBConnection.udl and open it, then enter your server name in the 1. Select or enter a server name: text box, Select the Use Windows NT Integrated Security radio button in the 2. Enter information to log on to the server: section. Once this has been done if you click the 3. Select the database on the server: drop down and you can display a list of databases then connectivity is not the problem. The error message does look like the installation has not been successful and is missing the SQL client assembly.

Regards
