Have you started your resourcepcs to only work for specific logged in users or have you started them as /resourcepc /public ?
Have you tested your network connection to the resourcepcs, maybe by opening Internet Explorer and typing somthing like http://resourcenameorip:8181/status

Users see always see resources as "InUse"

I have setup users which have just the default "Process Adiminstrator" role (ie. all the permissions in the Control Room). I have resources which should be available to all users (as set in System > Resources > Management). Connecting from PC A as the admin, I correctly see all connected resources. Connecting from the same PC using another user, I can access the Control Room (and monitor currently running processes), but all resources are shown as "InUse", even for those I know are not used. When trying to run a process on a resource, I get "Not connected to ... - can't start process." But doing the same from an admin account works fine.

I've tried searching through the Knowledge Base and the forums, but didn't find anything. Any ideas?

Connecting from the same PC, you're using the same port (default value is 8181). When you login, that will be an interactive client with port 8181.
You can use both interactive client and resource PC by launching the resource PC with different port such as 8182.
Hope it helps.
