Can't use "send an email VBO" Cannot create ActiveX component.

Hi All,

While using send email VBO, I am receiving this error
ERROR: Internal : Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: Cannot create ActiveX component.

Hi nik there are some questions
Which VBO are you trying to use? You can try some of our DX.
Is this the first time you have tried to send, or have you already managed it before? If you were already able to upload, see your recent system updates and donwgrade.
Does the user trying to send have the proper permissions? I've seen cases that permissions directly influenced.
Is your .NET framework up to date?

I have Updated the latest .NET Framework 4.8 and seems like it has fixed the issue
