Unable to Spy elements in UIA mode on windows server 2012

I am automating a login page using chrome . I have spied few elements using UI automation mode in Windows 10 and complete flow was working fine.
When the Process is deployed to server with 'OS windows server 2012', UI automation mode is not working and i am unable to spy any elements using UI automation mode .

I am only able to spy the outer window using UI automation mode. (Attached )

Can someone please help me out .

We need more details, like your version of Chrome between the Server and your Win10; we will need details like your version of Blue Prism.

Please see the requested details below .

Chrome version : 91.0.4472.124 64 bit
Blueprism Versoin : 6.10.1
Resolution set :1920 X 1080
Chrome extension : enabled

I have raised a support ticket as well. In order for blueprism to acknowledge the ticket, we need to get ourselves as registered.

Hello Ben,
Used the force render command in application modeller URL section. i was then able to activate UIA mode.
