Used website ->

Unique xpath -> //td[text()='Brenden Wagner']/ancestor::tr/td[@class = ' select-checkbox']

When same xpath used in application modeler, it gives error ->

Select Web element type as TD. It will work.

This seems to still be an issue using version 6.10. Yes, it can be mitigated by also matching on element, but it is borderline embarrassing that Blue Prism hasn't fixed this For a lot of modern web sites, XPath is by far the strongest tool for element matching. It has to work.
