Unable to spy element

Hi All, We are trying to automate SAP Business Object - Web Intelligence Rich Client application but we are not able to spy element in any spy mode. Do we need to do any configuration settings before trying to automate this application. Any help you can providewill be appreciated.

Hi Akshata,

Try activating AA mode using "--force-renderer-accessibility".

If this is also not working out then I recommend using Region mode.
