Foundation Training Set Up

I have a colleague who would like to undertake foundation training using a company standard Blue Prism non-production environment.

A pre requisite (see attached) is that a new BP database has been created which is not shared.

Why is that ? Can she not use an existing shared BP database. ??

Hi Colin that pre-req is more advice in avoiding students overwriting each others changes, getting in each other's way etc. A non-shared DB gives the student a clean start with no distraction or confusion. If you've already got an environment and your students are shown how to stay apart, then it should be fine. To be sure perhaps a senior colleague should clean up and re-set before and after each student.
