blueprism version 5.0.24 is compatible with which window server

Currently we are running process from 2 clients and assigning on 61 robots through VNC.

Inside each and every robot or virtual machine we have window 7 enterprise installed.

We want to move our 61 robots machine from installed window7 to the specific Server (Ex window server 12 , window server 16 , window server 18 or any other ) which supports our Blueprism version 5.0.24 and SQL Server 2012.

Could you please assist us which server supports blueprism version 5.0.24. Also process will not get fail or disturb while assigning to that server.

Hi,

Blue Prism 5.x series reached End of life in 2019...please take a look here: https://portal.blueprism.com/lifecycle-policy

At the time of release of BP 5, there were list of supported environment documented in the Installation guide : https://portal.blueprism.com/system/files/2018-01/Blue%20Prism%20User%20Guide%20-%20Installing%20v5.0%20Enterprise%20Edition.pdf

Consider upgrading to latest 6.10.x or 7.x when possible.
