I have a use case where I need to work on nearly 5 Lac items every day. I'm not sure what is the capacity of the BP queue. Can someone suggest me if I can use the BP work queue for this scenario or any workaround if there?

Hi Shashi,
I believe it is possible provided you have enough runtimes configured tp process this items. and configure the process to add items to work queue in a batches of 5000
Check the auto growth setting of your DB too and set it significantly high number like 100MB+
