Unable to spy Firefox elements in Browser Mode and UI automation Mode

Hi Team,

We have a usecase to interact with application launched on FireFox
We were able to spy the elements and do some level of testing.
Suddenly now we are not able to spy any element in Browser Mode or in any other modes.

We have some challenges in Region mode. So we are not preferring that mode.
BluePrism Version : 6.5.1
Fire Fox version: (Firefox 78.4.1 ESR (x86 en-GB)

Any suggestion to overcome this issue, please.

If you are using Firefox version: (Firefox 78.4.1 ESR (x86 en-GB)
Take a look at the most recent table for the supported version for the browser with BP. At the moment, using BP 6.5.1, You can use Firefox 68.x

If it was working before and has stopped now , seems like your firefox got updated in some patch upgrades or so .
