Hi Ravi,

Have you made sure there is only one instance of Excel.exe opened in the Task Manager?
If they are multiple instances, they need to be ended task and only keep one instance in Task Manager. The code within the Excel VBO utilizes the clipboard of the local machine to copy the data from the Excel Spreadsheet as a comma separated value to the Collection within Blue Consequently, the described error can occur when another user/resource is using the clipboard at the same time that the action runs.
